With deep roots in Southwest Florida and a lifelong commitment to service, Gary Augustinsen brings integrity, experience, and a results-driven approach to every real estate transaction.
Originally from South Windsor, Connecticut, Gary graduated high school in 1981 before proudly serving four and a half years in the United States Air Force as a Crash Rescue Firefighter. The discipline, teamwork, and dedication he developed in the military continue to guide his professional life and client relationships today.
After relocating to Southwest Florida in 1989, Gary spent over a decade as General Manager of Suncoast Portable Sanitation Company, where he refined his leadership and operational management skills. In 2008, he acquired iWater, a local company he continues to own and operate—reflecting his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to excellence in service.
Now a licensed Realtor® with Realty One Group MVP, Gary combines his decades of business experience with a deep understanding of the local market to help clients achieve their real estate goals—whether buying their dream home, selling a property, or investing in Southwest Florida’s vibrant real estate market.
Known for his honesty, reliability, and hands-on approach, Gary is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and care.
When he’s not helping clients or managing his business, Gary enjoys motorcycling along Florida’s scenic routes and pursuing his passion for cooking, where he finds creativity and connection in every meal he prepares.
